Diagnosis study and stakeholder mapping for the P2RNA project :  capacity of prevention and adaptation to natural risks in French Guiana and Guadeloupe

The P2RNA project responds to the need to sustainably embed strategies of prevention, adaptation, and business continuity in territories marked by geographic isolation and structural constraints.

To support this effort, Unite Caribbean will:

  1. Identify a pool of target associations (around 20) with high social impact, capable of engaging in a capacity-building process
  2. Map key stakeholders (institutional, technical, and civil society) and document existing initiatives in the field of risk prevention
  3. Define eligibility criteria and formulate recommendations to ground the Emergence Caribbean project in the local realities, taking into account existing dynamics and stakeholder agendas, while producing a reference document to support fundraising efforts for the project.

Technical assistance for the development of the international cooperation project «  Rebirth of an Indigenous Village » – Cap Nord Martinique.

The Indigenous Village project is part of the international strategy of CAP Nord Martinique, developed with the support of the DCOL mechanism. It aligns with the ambition to promote a shared Caribbean identity through the preservation of Indigenous heritage.

â–ş The approach is based on the co-construction of a Caribbean network of cultural, scientific, and institutional partners focused on the transmission of know-how, cultural mediation, and heritage education.

â–ş The requested support aims to structure the project for an INTERREG CARIBBEAN application: development of the logical framework, financial planning, identification of partners, and establishment of a monitoring and evaluation system.

Unite Caribbean is tasked with equipping the project team, strengthening the structuring of the INTERREG application, and supporting the coordination of a committed Caribbean network.

The main challenge is to build a robust and coherent cooperation project, integrating a clear logical framework, relevant indicators, and strong links between heritage, education, intercultural dialogue, and tangible outcomes for the partner territories.
