Our Journey of Regional Impact

Discover some of our transformative projects across the Caribbean, by checking out a few flagship projects detailed below and navigate a timeline of Impact Caribbean’s grant making experiences:

Stop Gender-Based Violence in St Lucia

When Saint Lucia enacted its Domestic Violence Act in 2022, it marked a turning point in the country’s fight against gender-based violence. This project brought that commitment to life—connecting government agencies, police, and civil society organizations to strengthen support for survivors, build community awareness, and lay the foundation for lasting change across the island.

Caribbean Climate Regional Integration Support Project (PAIRCC)

PAIRCC strengthened Caribbean climate resilience through technical assistance, regional cooperation, and capacity building. It delivered eight adaptation missions, multilingual training programs, and created a 58-member digital network that fostered collaboration, inspired the Caribbean Chamber of Commerce (CARICHAM), and continues advancing resilience through the Karayib Klima project.

Karayib Klima

Across Dominica, Guadeloupe, Grenada, Haiti, Martinique, Saint Lucia, and Sint Maarten, the Karayib Klima project brought together communities determined to confront the growing impacts of climate change. By linking local action with regional collaboration, Unite Caribbean helped strengthen climate resilience, empower vulnerable populations, and inspire a shared Caribbean vision for a sustainable future.

RePLAST-OECS Pilot Plastic Recycling Project

The RePlast OECS project turned a growing plastic waste challenge into an opportunity for innovation and collaboration. Over two years, it united government, businesses, and communities to build a new recycling model—from collection to export—raising public awareness and setting the stage for a circular economy across the Eastern Caribbean.
