The overall objective of this mission is to analyze the various components of the program’s implementation by mobilizing all actors and stakeholders. It also involves documenting the effects and impacts of the program, lessons learned from implementation, and providing a basis for capitalizing on the program’s experiences.
Unite Caribbean is conducting an evaluation mission to assess the program’s strategy, the results (quantitative and qualitative) achieved, and the sustainability of the dynamics of change initiated by the program, based on the criteria of the Development Assistance Committee of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD DAC).
Our teams of consultants are collecting data (document review, interviews), which will result in a preliminary evaluation report and facilitate a workshop to present the final evaluation report; analyze the results achieved and progress toward the expected outcomes on local and sectoral governance; and identify results that could be capitalized on for new interventions in the sector in line with local realities.
