FENAMH wanted to initiate his institutional and organizational audit.

The missions carried out by Unite Caribbean:

1. Analysis of the current governance of FENAMH and departmental associations ;

2. Study of the administrative and financial organization ;

3. Analysis of operational management and activities implemented ;

4. Recommendations.
