Unite Caribbean in consortium with Anthony Maragnes have been selected to ensure the political and diplomatic coordination and the administrative and financial follow-up of the Leeward islands’ geothermal and digital interconnection project.

The purpose of this project is to provide technical assistance to the Collectivité de Saint-Martin for the Leewards Islands electrical and digital interconnection project by:

✓ Structuring and steering the multi-territory partnership : through the organisation and facilitation of the partnership assembly meeting which will mobilise all the political and technical actors involved in the project.

✓ Diplomatic coordination between the territories : through the organisation of steering committees and various comitology-related activities.

✓ The monitoring of the technical progress of the project : through the organisation of technical committees and with the help of monitoring tools made available to the various stakeholders who will contribute to the animation during the steering committee and technical meetings.

✓ Facilitate the flow of information on the progress of the project : through regular contact with stakeholders to ensure the same level of knowledge throughout the project, as well as through the organisation and facilitation of the feedback workshop at the end of the implementation of the feasibility studies.

✓ Financial management of the project : through the processing of expenditure and assistance in preparing the activity report.
