Debates or reports on Gender and Climate Change are almost nonexistent in the media. Journalists often do not understand the issue. It was from this observation that the desire to organize a "Gender and Climate Change" training for Caribbean journalists was born. This training was held at Catts-Pressoir College in Port-au-Prince from July 19 to 21, 2019. This workshop was completed on the 3rd day by a field visit to the "Wynn" farm at Kenscoff.

UNITE Caribbean has partnered with the NGO PANOS and ACLEDD to carry out this activity.
